FARKHOR: CHAIRMAN OF KHATLON REGION DAVLATALI SAID FAMILIARIZED WITH CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES FOR RESIDENTS AFFECTED BY NATURAL DISASTERS

 

During a working visit to the village of Surkhob in the Khutani jamoat of Farkhor district on September 14, Chairman of Khatlon region Davlatali Said got acquainted with the process of construction of houses for those affected by natural disasters.

During the familiarization, it was emphasized that the process of construction of housing for families affected by natural disasters is under the constant attention of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and new houses will be commissioned. in the shortest possible time.

It was reported that 36 residential buildings will be built and commissioned in the village of Surkhob in Farkhor district for residents affected by natural disasters.

From the first moments of the beginning of the process and the elimination of its consequences and providing residents with new homes was under the attention of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon. Assistance was also provided from the President of the country, consisting of building materials such as cement, wood, boards, reinforcement, burnt bricks, sand and gravel, as well as food products.

It was reported that 18 hectares of land were allocated for the construction of residential buildings, and at the moment 90 percent of the construction work has been completed. Construction is carried out in two shifts, the streets of the newly built mahalla are asphalted.
Permanent power lines and special water supply vehicles were provided by the executive authority of the Farkhor district.

We remind you that on May 25, 2024, as a result of heavy rains and flooding in the village of Surkhob, Farkhor district, several residential buildings were damaged.

The head of the region ordered that the houses be built with high quality and handed over to the victims within the established time frame.
