During his working trip, the Chairman of the Khatlon region, Davlatali Said, commissioned the building of a service center in the center of Shamsiddin, Shokha district.
This facility was built as part of the construction and improvement work dedicated to the national holiday – the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the development of the area’s infrastructure using modern architectural methods, high quality and meeting modern requirements.
It was reported that the construction of the hotel building
started in 2022, construction work has now been completed. This facility consists of two floors, on the first floor there is a dining room, and on the second there is a hotel for 12 people.
The construction cost of the project is 308 thousand somoni, and it was built by entrepreneur Gulmadov Gulmad, a resident of the Shurobod village of Shurobod jamoat.
More than 8 builders were involved in the construction of the building, and their salary was up to 3,800 somoni, depending on the work performed. Using this building, 4 residents are provided with permanent work.
The Chairman of the Khatlon region, Davlatali Said, having familiarized himself with the operating conditions and existing capabilities of the building, highly appreciated the quality of the work performed and appreciated its activities in expanding the infrastructure of the tourism industry.
Davlatali Said expressed gratitude to the entrepreneur for a broader presentation of Tajik history and culture, customs, hospitality, attracting professional specialists and increasing the level and quality of services, calling his initiative an excellent example of patriotism.
