In the village of Kaftarkhona of the settlement named after Khudoyor Rajabov, the head of the region familiarized himself with the progress of the construction of an additional building for Secondary School No. 16.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"898\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The additional building, which will include laboratories for exact sciences, is designed to accommodate more than 800 students studying in two shifts. The customer of the project is the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan<\/span><\/span>, and the financing is provided by the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Asian Development Bank<\/span><\/span> within the framework of the project \u201cImproving the Quality of Secondary Education in Natural Sciences, Technology, Informatics and Mathematics.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1157\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The new building will be three stories high and will include 15 classrooms. Construction works are being carried out by LLC \u201cFido Sokhtmon.\u201d The implementation of the project began in December 2025 and, according to the plan, will be completed by June 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1467\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">During the visit, the Chairman of the region reviewed the progress of the construction works, their quality, and the project implementation timeline.
