During a working visit to Vose District, the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, took part in the opening ceremony of a new sports ground built near Secondary School No. 16 in the village of Kaftarkhona of the settlement named after Khudoyor Rajabov.
The football field was constructed within the framework of the action plan of the executive body of state authority of Vose District dedicated to the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The construction of the facility was financed by a local entrepreneur, Abdullo Nematov, who allocated 450,000 somoni for the implementation of the project.
The creation of this modern sports ground will provide school students and young people with the necessary conditions for engaging in physical education and sports, and will also contribute to strengthening the health of the younger generation.
During the opening ceremony, it was noted that the construction of such sports facilities plays an important role in educating young people and promoting a healthy lifestyle. In the future, it is planned to continue implementing similar initiatives in the cities and districts of Khatlon Region aimed at developing sports infrastructure.
Residents of the village and students of the school warmly welcomed the opening of the new ground and expressed their readiness to actively use it for sports activities and for organizing useful leisure time.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, expressed his gratitude to the local entrepreneur for his initiative and emphasized that promoting a healthy lifestyle, creating favorable conditions for sports activities, and encouraging young people to engage in physical education remain important priorities of the social policy of the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
