On March 14, during a working visit to the Vose District, the Chairman of the Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, took part in an environmental campaign to plant trees along the Vose–Khovaling highway.
The event was also attended by district leadership, representatives of various organizations, and local residents. Participants of the campaign enthusiastically planted shade, ornamental, and fruit trees, contributing to the greening of the area and improving the appearance of the road.
According to available information, about 3,000 saplings were planted along this section, including 2,000 evergreen trees, 500 ornamental trees, and 500 fruit trees. The implementation of this initiative contributes to improving the environmental situation, enhancing the level of beautification, and creating a favorable natural environment in the region.
It was noted that holding such environmental campaigns is an important step toward environmental protection, territorial improvement, and strengthening ecological awareness among the population. Responsible officials were instructed to ensure proper care of the planted saplings and to take the necessary measures to preserve and expand green areas along roads and in populated areas.
